Substance abuse is a huge problem in the legal profession. Lawyers suffer among the highest rates of alcoholism, the highest rates of drug addiction and the single highest rate of being shot in the face by the Vice President. And while we can't do much about Cheney's aim, lawyers can work to detect, treat and prevent substance abuse in their organizations.

In this presentation, Mr. Carter uses humor to help lawyers to:
